I see others are using the ActiveX control with VB 2008. I have been trying to do the same thing. I am doing the following:
Project|Add Reference
Then selecting the COM tab
After that, I have been selecting the 4 Avax ocx's. Then clicking OK.
The problem is, after that, nothing appears in the toolbox.
I am really missing something here! I am very new to VB 2008. I had no problems getting Avax to install in VB6.
:::SIGH:::
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
To see Avax in the toolbox follow these steps:
Go to the toolbox, right click and select "Choose Items...".
At the COM Componets tab check Avax.cAvax.
Then you should see Avax in the toolbox.
You can also download the http://www.avax-soft...avaxcad_net.zip example. It can be useful to you.

Thanks Elias.
Making the change from VB6 to VS2008 seems to be a lot more difficult than it should be. Fortunately, the application that I write has been up an running for years and I have lots of time to do this port (and make it better while I am at it). Thanks again.
