Line by entered distance Draw line by entering distance and then pick point for angle

After selecting a start point for a line, i want enter a distance in the command line then select a point on the drawing area to determine the angle to draw the line. Any thoughts on how this can be done.

There is an example that might help you. It called Avax prompt example and you can find it on Forums ->Examples->Visual Basic 6.
