Importing DWG file, losing part of drawing It imports, but a substantial amount of drawing lost.

I'm trying to import a 13meg DWG file into a new AVX file. It imports, but a large amount of the drawing is lost. I need to be able to import DWG files periodically and for all the data to come over as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
